RT by @EIB: Together with @EIB Group and @EU_Commission, @Kabmin_UA_e signed the following key agreements. Partners announced a €20m advisory assistance under the EIB-@EU_Commission #JASPERS. It will assist 🇺🇦 with public investment management, project preparation, and efficient allocation of recovery funds.

Also, the parties announced new financial agreements under two EU guarantee programs for Ukrainian banks to finance SMEs, a €100 million facility for the restoration of Ukrainian cities, and of course a contribution to the strengthening of 🇺🇦 energy security. All together unlocking around €1 billion.
