With my 68 fellow MEPs' we have sent a letter to MS Elke Van den Brandt, Minister of the Govt of the Brussels-Capital Region to urge the creation of a pan-European memorial to honour all the victims of the #totalitarian regimes of the 20th century in Brussels.
