Parliamentary majority has legal and democratic means to adjust the regulations of public media. Instead, Tusk decided to use force over the rule of law in a way that no judge was ready to accept.
The court today rejected appointment of Tusk's "strong people" as CEOs of Polish public media. Knowing that, he decided once more to trample the law and put public media into a compulsory liquidation.
There was no media pluralism in communist Poland.
There is none in Tusk's Poland.
Which freedom is Tusk going to deprive us of next?
