But the NW Ambulance Trust bought the site in Lostock Hall, without consulting any of the stakeholders, including the local MPs, Council's, NHS Staff, relevant Trades Unions or even the Chief Exec of the Lancashire Trust overseeing Royal Preston Hospital! #scandalous
