We also need to invest in public transport to ensure connectivity.

It can't be a burden carried solely by rural communities: that wouldn't be right or fair.

Currently, people have proximity to provision, but not timely access due to waiting lists.

Reform may mean some services being further away, but actually timely.

The alternative is that we 'pretend' there's a service nearby, but the wait means you never receive it.
