And the law is on stirring up/inciting violence, not expressing a view or opinion, regardless of how offensive.

The issue we are focusing on is whether there is an expectation of privacy, so a text/conversation between close family members/friends would be exempt, but broadcasts/speeches to larger groups wouldn't.
