#MSCA2022PSL Workshop 3 is all about closing the gap between research & citizens. As from 2022, MSCA & Citizen through the #EuropeanResearchersNight will implement a new initiative, Researchers At Schools, to interact with pupils in the EU and #HorizonEU associated countries.
Only 26% of top positions in research are occupied by women. With #HorizonEU the European Commission is supporting a gender equal culture in R&I. With the compulsory #GenderEquality Plans for public bodies, organizations, etc. we aim to achieve long-term sustainable advancements.
We have introduced financial incentives to encourage researchers to step out academia, this is crucial for researchers to drive innovation for the benefit of society.
