In 2022, it was on her proposal that the Croatian government decided to send 30000 Euro aid to the Penticost Sunday terrorist attack victims in Nigeria's Ondo state.

In 2021, on her proposal, Croatia decided to provide 200,000 Euros as scholarship to Christian students from persecuted countries.

In December, when over 160 Christians got killed by Islamists over the Christmas weekend, she soon took to social media to condemn the Christian persecution in Nigeria.

As a staunch pro-life politician, Marijana participated in the Walk for Life rally in Zagreb in 2017.
