Few things,

It's far more than 700 workers, @angiemezzetti and Marian Farrell are representative of hundreds more employees deliberately misclassified as self employed.

I've also helped several 'historic' cases through Scope, all employees and many more on the way.

The 20 million is self declared by RTE, nobody has verified that figure. It's far far more.

Lastly John, RTE is hopelessly bankrupt.
