Creating the "Loss and Damages" Fund is a good idea, but if it remains empty, it's useless. What we want is not millions, but tens of billions!

And one of the best short-term solutions is the Financial Transaction Tax.

We need to take the measure of the situation and agree on implementing the Financial Transaction Tax in #COP28.
