Dowodem, że rozumie, jest zakaz importu ziarna z Ukrainy do 5 państw, w tym do Polski, aktywacja 3 transz rezerwy kryzysowej (w tym najwięcej do Polski), akceptacja 7-miu transz pomocy publicznej kryzysowej na ponad 15 mld zł dla Polski).
