RT by @john4brexit: The UK never wanted or needed 'net neutrality' regulations but was forced to accept them as part of European Union membership.

Now, in a quiet move, Ofcom has taken advantage of Brexit by updating its approach.

The Scots were much keener on Union than the English, and many of the greatest Scottish names were vocal unionists. I suppose that’s hard for today’s nationalists to swallow.

What the FT suggests here: "EU are going to demand something or UK will miss out"

What the story actually is: "EU wants UK to ease visa restrictions as their scientists want to move to the UK"

The Tories risk leaving Labour with no money left after the election-the £28 billion green fund might be a “rounding error” in Treasury speak , but that is why the Treasury needs reform. Rounding errors add up. It’s our money, not the government’s

RT by @john4brexit: This is utter tosh... 🙄

I know it suits many people - including the regulators - to blame the LDI crisis on Liz Truss, but let's just look at this £425 billion figure.

It refers to the fall in the value of DB pension fund assets over 2022 as a whole - most of which occurred well before became PM!

To be precise, asset values fell by £346 billion in the first half of the year, as rising interest rates (globally) hit the prices of bonds and property.
