Great, that @EU_Commission plans to table a legislative proposal on #EconomicGovernance reform after March EUCO.
Now it depends on exact details of the reform:

To ensure future debt sustainability, we need to create the fiscal space today to invest in the #GreenTransition. Something that the November 9 Communication does not yet sufficiently address.
