We need to immediately start talks with the EU presidency on the 50 bn UKR 🇺🇦facility. The EP has been ready since OCT. There is a lot to discuss that is not related to figures. If a formal trilogue is denied we MUST for the sake of 🇺🇦 seek consensus on the non financial issues.
