4th WG on Child Guarantee: critical for 🇺🇦 children with disabilities. They r out of the protection system, lacking access to healthcare services & face severe neglect.

Child Guarantee - current state: 15/27 🇪🇺 states submitted the plans & only 6/15 include EU funding. #GR has joined recently and we are waiting for the other half of the plans. We need MS to show their committment to fight child poverty in #EU!
