R to @dieGamon: Regretfully, chances for an efficient implementation, such as through sanctioning powers for ACER, were passed on as MS fear giving more competences to ACER. It's a pity we couldn't unlock the full potential for consumer protection (no thanks to a coalition of SD & EPP.)
