: Very disappointing news from the EU Council! I just received the long overdue answer to a question we have submitted in writing, and the answer on what the Council is planning to do on Cuba: nothing.
The Cuban regime engages in state terrorism against its citizens every day. The EU should activate the democratic clause of the EU-Cuba agreement (PDCA) and suspend the PDCA until the regime respects human rights❗️
