Thanks to this law we protect our most vulnerable consumers: our children 🪁🪀
EU's safety notification system spotted in 2020 more than 50 % of dangerous products came from China, and most of them were toys‼️
No more random address in with no one accountable in Europe 🚸

For anything you buy from outside the EU 🇪🇺, the manufacturer must have a representative inside the EU. You will have someone you can hold responsible if something goes wrong. You can even sue them👩🏻‍⚖️

There will be the faster removal of dangerous products from online Marketplaces within two 2️⃣ days 🗓️ maximum. 
Once they are removed ⛔, they must say removed ⛔

Overall, thanks to this law, you can feel safer when buying online or off 🛒. You will be better protected and better informed.
