R to @berndlange: Willingness from EU side to resolve disputes was definitely there. We want our companies to benefit under IRA and we want permanent relief for sectors suffering from illegal 232 tariffs. But not if these 'solutions' would undermine WTO and be detrimental in the long run. 2/3
