At PMQs today @RishiSunak did not address @J_Donaldson_MP question on adverse constitutional impact of Protocol.

To be clear: Any “deal” which leaves NI in the EU’s customs union, subject to EU laws adjudicated by its court will be UNACCEPTABLE
