I moderated a panel at the @DubrovnikForum on the impact of the European security challenges in the Western Balkans. The EU needs more preventive diplomacy and only by full accession of the countries in the region, we can guarantee their stability.

The #ThreeSeasInitiative, a joint proposal of 🇭🇷 and 🇵🇱, stimulates our cohesive economic development by connecting the participating states on transport, energy and digitalisation. With its LNG terminals, 🇭🇷 plays a big role in the energy security of the region.
Power sharing principles set in the Dayton Paris Peace Agreement (1995) and in the Good Friday Agreement (1998) should be respected. We in the 🇪🇺 have the Strategic Compass as our guideline. No need to reinvent the wheel.
