Equality bodies directly support victims of discrimination and help them safeguard their rights.

@EU_Commission @dreynders @EU_Justice It is unthinkable that a parent in one 🇪🇺 State is not recognised as a parent in another 🇪🇺 State. This puts some children at risk, as they would not have guaranteed access to their rights, such as succession.
