Today, we gave an assessment of 🇭🇺’s progress under the #RuleOfLaw Conditionality Regulation.
We maintain our proposal to suspend 65% of the commitments for three operational programmes under the cohesion policy, amounting to €7.5 bio. Now, the decision is up to the Council.

@JHahnEU @VDombrovskis @dreynders @EU_Commission We have agreed with 🇭🇺 in the national plan on a reform path by adding those milestones. We will monitor their implementation carefully.
It shows that we can make a difference if we use the tools at our disposal in a coherent way and in synergy.
