• BiH is one country, with no right of secession or division.

• Republika Srpska is not a state & does not enjoy the attributes of statehood.

• BiH was not and is not a union or confederation of two states. The entities are subordinate to the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• There’s a way to discuss ownership of state property by bringing it up in the relevant institutions. Still, it’s clear that the starting point is: that property belongs to the state, not to the entities.

The ICJ recognises that the attacks on Palestinians in Gaza at least strongly hint to genocide and imposes interim measures on Israel to stop and prevent this genocide.
The international community and EU must immediately enforce Israels implementation of these measures.

BREAKING: Our proposal to table an objection motion to €150 million of budget support under the EU-Tunisia deal was carried this week. We argue this funding to be in violation of EU law.

Regarding the EU-Tunisia deal, which also funds border control, the Commission acknowledges deportations to Libyan border and crack down on NGOs and judiciary. But remains vague on how the EU addresses concerns to Saied. Apparently, stemming migration is EU’s only real concern.
