We place them in our own legislation with our own courts as final arbiter and the electorate as judge of the political process. NOT foreign judges with no link to our nation. Its legal sovereignty with democratic accountability to our electorate.
RT @marc_rennard: @Steven_Woolfe @Conservatives Which of these would you remove? Bear in mind these are rights for us all, not just migrants.

Truly extraordinary that English Courts right up to the Supreme Court can allow flights to Rwanda as legal only to be overuled by a foreign court with foreign judges who will never have to pay for their decision
@Conservatives must now seek to leave the ECHR

Sensible decision by the the Court of Appeal and a victory @pritipatel & @ukhomeoffice should take
Good to hear court also say no generic appeal for Channel migrants claims. Problem is that the lawyers are now likely to make 100's of individual appeals. @LBC @NickFerrariLBC

@DPJHodges The second part after 29.4.20 the Ted Talk statement was still untrue and defamatory to @Arron_banks and no public interest defence now applied BUT the judge said at that point no serious harm to Arron's reputation existed. ie it did once but over time it didn't. So no libel.

🐦🔗: nitter.eu/Steven_Woolfe/status

@DPJHodges Dan 2 parts. First part: the Ted Talks were untrue, defamatory and caused @Arron_banks serious harm. BUT because the judge deemed her belief to establish a public interest defence that harm and defamation escaped the libel claim.

@jcboucher1 @dimitrilascaris The reason you are criticised is having read your points criticism of NATO comes from left & right not left alone Your 5 points of "anti-NATO=pro Russia" is infantile. All can all be arrived at Independently without supporting the country. You discredit yourself by that analysis.
