Talked w/ CG @UNLazzarini on EU-@UNRWA partnership & neutrality. Terrorist tunnel under #UNRWA school in #Gaza is of grave concern. Terrorist groups using kids as human shields is unacceptable. Strict oversight & full discovery of UNRWA sites is a must.
