This is not replacing Dublin. This reinforces it, and makes it more inhumane and unsafe.
It will lead to more detention and systematic return decisions to third countries.
This agreement tramples on international law and the right to seek asylum.

I expect the European Parliament to stop these appaling interpretations of "solidarity" and "responsibility " as imagined by the Council.
An agreement cannot be celebrated just because it is an agreement. This reinforced Dublin has nothing in it to celebrate.
