Today, Slovakia receives a second payment, worth €709 million, under the Recovery and Resilience Facility #NextGenerationEU.
The payment has been possible thanks to Slovakia's fulfilment of the 16 milestones and targets outlined in its recovery plan.

By promoting repairs both within and beyond the legal guarantee, it will:
🔹 reduce waste,
🔹 boost the repair sector and

Thanks to our #MacroFinancial + Assistance programme we could disburse €1.5 bn to #Ukraine today.
This amount reinforces reforms, governance +financial stability and supports #Ukraine on its #EU path.

A historic decision.
Following my proposal, Member States agreed to deliver 1 mio rounds of artillery ammunition within the next 12 months.
We have a 3 track approach:
1) €1 bn for immediate delivery
2) €1 bn for joint procurement
3) commission to ramp up production capacity
