Transparency can help maintain public support for sanctions aimed at stopping Russia's war in #Ukraine. @EUCouncil is doing a lot to keep people informed.

The 🇪🇺 administration should become more aware of how certain actions are perceived. This can help reduce problematic #RevolvingDoors cases.

Are there rules to prevent #RevolvingDoors?

EU rules range from temporary lobbying bans to forbidding officials from taking private sector posts if there is a strong conflict of interest risk.
The problem is they are not always enforced properly.
