Today, we commemorate Victory in Europe Day, or #VEDay, when celebrations erupted around the world to mark the end of World War II in Europe. Almost exactly 5 years later on May 9, the idea of the EU was presented so that such tragedy would never happen again. This is #EuropeDay.
