The deteriorating human rights situation in Afghanistan clearly warrants enhanced monitoring & reporting. By this resolution #HRC51 extends & strengthens the mandate of the Special Rapporteur. The past months have shown how crucial the mandate is. We owe it to the people of 🇦🇫.
