R to @EU_Commission: 🇪🇺 20 years since the enlargement of 10 new member states

Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia joined the EU in 2004.

This has been the largest enlargement in terms of people and number of countries.
