How to boost learning opportunities in the EU for all?
Last week, 150 citizens from all EU countries met in Brussels to turn their ideas on expanding learning mobility into 21 recommendations.
Their work will feed into our initiatives and guide our actions.

Among others, the citizens' panel advised:
- Tailored financial support for people going on learning mobility
- Deeper integration of the vocational training sector in the EU
- Expansion of existing programmes to all ages and socio-economic strata
