Today, Russia once again demonstrated that it is a state sponsor of terrorism by blowing up the Nova Kakhovka hydroelectric dam on the #Dnipro River.

It is further proof that Putin will stop at nothing to destroy Ukraine.

A terrorist state must be defeated.
