In 2024 & as of 31 July 2024, 8 countries reported 69 locally acquired human cases of #WNV: EL (31), IT (25), ES (5), AT (2), HU (2), SR (2), FR (1) & RO (1).

8 deaths were reported: EL (5), IT (2) & ES (1).
