It therefore didn't reach the Caribbean, however, an extension of the programme has recently been agreed.

@Anandstweets @BELLA_Programme And will allow the possibility of extending further, depending on the feasibility analysis, prioritization of the community & availability of economic resources to some of the following countries: Caribbean nations, Mexico, Belize, Bolivia, Paraguay, & Uruguay.
