Otro "acuerdo climático histórico" y siguen subiendo las emisiones, el 3% en el 2022. Se habla del "abandono" de los combustibles fósiles pero siguen siendo 82% de la energía primaria. No se tocan ni la agricultura ni el turismo ni el transporte de mercancías ni el extracionismo.
