Great excitement at the Michael Collins Statue Fundraising Launch by Lord Mayor @deirdreforde in the @corkcitycouncil chamber earlier today. The plan is to raise funds for the placement of a statue of Collins with his bicycle (based on the iconic photo) in Cork City Centre.
