Just asked @DefraGovUK minister if she’ll reconsider recent U-turn on promise to cancel the 2026 deadline to save lost footpaths. There’s a huge backlog of 4000 applications to save footpaths & this artificial deadline threatens 41,000 miles of paths across England 😠@RamblersGB
